It’s the work that ensures everything on our shelves tastes exactly as it should. Along the way, we produce coffees that are excellent, but don’t quite land in our core lineup. That might be a development roast, a blend trial, or a batch that sits slightly outside our ideal window for a named release. Rather than letting that coffee go to waste, we make it available here.
